Brownie Cookies
Today is the battle of brownie vs cookie. Over the weekend I wanted to bake, but I had no idea what I wanted to make, all I knew was it HAD to be chocolate! The Boy wanted cookies, so of course, The Girl wanted brownies. That is the norm around here though, they can never agree on anything. So, instead of a battle starting I opted for a happy medium, Brownie Cookies! These little disks of joy are a perfect marriage of a brownie and cookie! The center is super moist and the edges are just slightly chewy. They were a total hit with both of the kids. So much that they were gone in less than 24 hours! So if you are looking for something quick and yummy to satisfy your chocolate craving, these will do just the trick!

I like brownies just as much as cookies so this recipe makes that choice really easy! I’m so glad you shared this at the Frugal Crafty Home Blog Hop! I’ll be featuring this post at our next party on Sunday night!
Do you have to use coffee? my hubby loves brownies but hates anything coffee.
You do not have to add coffee, I just like to add a little because it enhances the chocolate flavor, you don’t even taste it.
