Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
With summer in full swing and starting a complete home remodel, our days are busy. I have been struggling to keep up with the kids, school (less than 6 weeks left till I graduate), work and the renovations. So, I have been trying to find quick and easy ways to feed the family that don’t require a ton of work but are still good. This easy Fruit and Yogurt Parfait is perfect because I can throw it together in a matter of minutes, plus I can use up some of the berries that are over flowing from our garden.
I am a huge yogurt fan, so I was super excited to learn that Quaker Real Medleys now have a new granola and yogurt blend! With the Quaker® Real Medleys® Yogurt Cups all I have to do is add some cold milk, stir and serve! They come in a variety of flavors and include fruit and granola! I mean their tag line says it all, “Crunchy. Cool. Yum.”!
My family already loves all of the other Quaker products so I knew I needed to give these a try! You can find them in the cereal aisle next to all of your other favorite Quaker products at your local Walmart! Yes, a yogurt product in the cereal aisle! They are the first shelf-stable convergence of granola, fruit and yogurt – all in a single serve cup! This is especially great because my poor Hubby usually eats his breakfast at work, so he can easily grab a cup and take with him in the mornings!
Since I have an over abundance of berries, I decided to add the Quaker Real Medleys Granola and Yogurt blend to my morning helping of fresh berries.
I just added a layer of fruit, then a layer of yogurt and continued to the top!
Since I used the Strawberry granola and yogurt blend, I opted to just top it all off with some fresh strawberries…. YUM!

Even without the fresh berries I am loving it! It is satisfying with 25 grams of whole grains and 10 grams of protein with 1/2 cup of cold Skim Milk, which is just what I need right now with all of the manual labor I am doing around the house.
- ¼ Cup Blueberries
- ¼ Cup Blackberries
- 1 Quaker® Real Medleys® Yogurt Cup (Apple Cinnamon, Raspberry Pecan or Strawberry Almond)
- Fresh Strawberries to top
- *You add or substitute with any of your favorite fruits
- If using larger fruits like apples or strawberries, dice into bit size pieces.
- Layer fruit and Quaker® Real Medleys® Yogurt, alternating fruit and yogurt.
