Garlic Lemon and Butter Shrimp!
I have been totally MIA this past week. The girl brought home a horrible bug and incubated it so that she could release it to the rest of the family. I was the first victim. I still have a horrible cough, but I am at least able to walk from one room to another without falling on my face. To celebrate my balance, I made this super easy and very yummy Garlic Lemon and Butter Shrimp!
I do not know what it is about this time of year, but once the weather warms up, all I want is sea food. Shrimp has been on my mind since I got sick, and I have been dying make it! This recipe is super simple, and because it is shrimp, it only takes a few minutes!
