With summer in full swing and starting a complete home remodel, our days are busy. I have been struggling to keep up with the kids, school (less than 6 weeks left till I graduate), work and the renovations. So, I have been trying to find quick and easy ways to feed the family that don’t require a ton of work but are still good. This easy Fruit and Yogurt Parfait is perfect because I can throw it together in a matter of minutes, plus I can use up some of the berries that are over flowing from our garden. 
I am a huge yogurt fan, so I was super excited to learn that Quaker Real Medleys now have a new granola and yogurt blend! With the Quaker® Real Medleys® Yogurt Cups all I have to do is add some cold milk, stir and serve! They come in a variety of flavors and include fruit and granola! I mean their tag line says it all, “Crunchy. Cool. Yum.”! 
My family already loves all of the other Quaker products so I knew I needed to give these a try! You can find them in the cereal aisle next to all of your other favorite Quaker products at your local Walmart! Yes, a yogurt product in the cereal aisle! They are the first shelf-stable convergence of granola, fruit and yogurt – all in a single serve cup! This is especially great because my poor Hubby usually eats his breakfast at work, so he can easily grab a cup and take with him in the mornings! 
Since I have an over abundance of berries, I decided to add the Quaker Real Medleys Granola and Yogurt blend to my morning helping of fresh berries. 
I just added a layer of fruit, then a layer of yogurt and continued to the top! 
Since I used the Strawberry granola and yogurt blend, I opted to just top it all off with some fresh strawberries…. YUM!

Ever been in a breakfast rut? That is where I am right now. My husband always eats his breakfast on the go due to his schedule so healthy portable breakfast items are a must in my house. Sure, he can grab a pop tart and go, but they never really leave him filled up. With spring here, I wanted to start making some yummy fruit based breakfast items for the family. We have blackberry, strawberry, blueberry and even goji berry plants all around our home and in the woods surrounding it. So last year, I ended up freezing a ton of fruits, so I need to use some of them up before this years harvest.
So, to kick off the spring I decided to make these Greek Yogurt Berry Muffins! They are moist and delicious and will keep you full until lunch!
