Ingredients
- 6-8 Apples
- Sticks
- 3 Cups white sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
- Decorations:
- Food Coloring
- Glitter Gel Icing

Instructions
- Add Sticks While the Sugar Is Cooking
- Once the sugar reaches temperature, add the food coloring.
- I add a lot of food coloring (gel gives a richer look than liquid food coloring).
- Once the candy coating is even, I dip the apple.
- You must place the finished apple on parchment paper, not a regular paper plate.
- Use blue gel frosting mixed with water to paint the outside of the apple after it has dried.
- To clean the pot easily, fill the pot with water and let it cook for a while.
