Pineapple Cheesecake Dessert!
I am a lover of all things cheesecake and pineapple and this quick and easy Pineapple Cheesecake dessert is like they go together and had a magical unicorn baby. It is so light and fluffy and just full of pineapple goodness! I generally make this recipe when I am craving the summer months because it just reminds me of something you would snack on in the tropics. I like to top mine off with a cherry (because everything is better with a cherry on top), but eating straight is perfectly fine.
The best part about this Pineapple Cheesecake Dessert is that it only takes 3 ingredients! Whip it together in a few minutes and refrigerate for an hour and done! It is the perfect make ahead dessert! You can serve it as a traditional cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, but I prefer to serve mine in individual size bowls or cups.

- 1 can Crushed Pineapple undrained, 20 oz.
- 1 container Cool Whip 8 0z.
- 1 pkg. Cheesecake Flavor Instant Pudding 3.4 oz.
Ingredients

- Combine pineapple and instant pudding together.
- Fold in Cool Whip and spoon into serving containers.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
