Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8×8 baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
Add in eggs and mix until well combined.
Incorporate lemon juice and zest until well combined.
Add in flour and mix well.
Bake for 20-22 minutes or until edges are slightly brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While blondies are baking prepare the glaze.
Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
Once blondies are finished baking, allow to cool for 5 minutes and then pour glaze over the top.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving
