No Bake Cookie Bars!
We had such beautiful and warm weather last week and it made me crave something sweet. But, because I am cheap, I refuse to turn on the air conditioning for at least a few more weeks, which meant I dreaded having to turn on my oven. So, to satisfy my sweet tooth without having to heat up the house more I decided to make these super yummy No Bake Cookie Bars! If you like something sweet, this is the recipe for you! I decided to go the sprinkle route, but you can add anything you want. I have made these with peanut butter chips and chocolate cake mix which is super yummy too!
The topping is a quick and easy fudge like frosting that tastes AMAZING! Just be warned, these are sweet and the topping just makes them that much sweeter. They are the perfect recipe to hoard for yourself, or take to a last minute together. Be sure to check out the step by video below!
