Life has been here, I’m talking walls stripped down to the studs, and flooring ripped up busy. Between the hard labor of renovating a home and trying to keep up with physical training (PT), all I have wanted to do is take a nap… that lasts all day.
I think that a majority of my lack of energy is mostly because my meals have consisted of peanut butter and jelly and fast food for the last week. It is really hard to cook when your house is a construction zone. You think I would have remembered this the last time I renovated… but I didn’t (or I blocked it all out). So I have been trying to find things that the family will enjoy that I can make in 10 minutes or less, because you know, I have do walls and lots of work to do.
So I figured that I would give the new STOUFFER’S® Fit Kitchen meals a try. They looked super yummy on the box, and I figured it HAS to be better than what we have been eating all ready. They have 6 different varieties to choose from:

This is great because everyone can grab what they want and dinner is served in 10 minutes! Plus, they are protein packed, which is exactly what we need to keep our energy (and motivation) up.
I decided that since we have some heavy lifting to do this week with finally putting up walls and flooring that I would give my poor Hubby a nice hardy lunch of the STOUFFER’S® Fit Kitchen Steak Fajitas, and you would think that it was Christmas here. These meals are filling, and we even had some left overs because we couldn’t finish the entire meal! With 25 gram of protein or more in them, I know they will keep us going into the late hours of the night!
